If you wish to receive your order before a certain date or within a week please contact me before ordering so I can let you know if this is possible.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to make sure all address details are correct. Little Patch Creations will not be responsible for lost parcels. For all orders that require redelivery due to incorrect information a delivery fee will be charged.
AUSTRALIA (FLAT RATE)
Parcel Post ($12.00 AUD) - Takes 4-8 business days for postage depending on your location plus processing time.
Express Post ($15.00 AUD) - Takes 2-4 business days for postage depending on your location plus processing time.
Tracking is included and you will receive a unique code in the email that is sent out after your item has been posted. Australia Post can often take 1-2 days longer to deliver at peak times throughout the year. Please also consider public holidays.
NEW ZEALAND (FLAT RATE)
Standard Shipping ($25.00 AUD) - All International packages take 12-25 business days for delivery plus processing time.
Express Shipping ($40.00 AUD) - All International packages take 9-18 business days for delivery plus processing time.

RETURNS
Firstly before ordering please triple check that you have entered the CORRECT measurements.
As each item is handmade to order Little Patch Creations does not accept refunds/exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty. Please email me if you believe your item is faulty. Provide images and a description.
If your item is deemed faulty, first we will discuss how I can fix the problem and if we cannot I will issue a part or full refund- dependent on the issue. It will be asked of you to send it back within a week of receiving it.
We also do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind" purchases.
